I'm leaving Blogger... :'(

Hey there, lovelies! I just wanted to let you all know that I'm moving to Tumblr. I really like what Blogger has to offer, but I'm far more familiar with Tumblr's set up and what not. I would very much appreciate it if all of you with Tumblr accounts would follow it as I most likely won't be posting reviews, hauls, memes, or anything else on here from this point on. It's been a lovely ride here with all of you and I would hate for that to stop. I'm starting up my YouTube channel again, so all of you with YouTube can still catch me on there. Thank you all for being absolutely amazing followers. I couldn't have asked for a better audience.
XOXO, Andrea Rose. <3

$1 EBOOKS! All the most popular and best-selling books out there!

Hey there, everyone! So, I've been needing a way to make some small cash not just to afford giveaways, but also to have some spending money when I go to Scotland next month and so I can get some supplies ready for college in September. I've recently went into the ebook selling business! All books are $1, unless you're purchasing from a series than they are $0.50 each as long as you buy ATLEAST two of the books from that series. I've got almost everything from the Divergent series to the Infernal Devices trilogy to many of the most popular authors! I just made a Facebook page for this small business a couple days ago. I've sold about 50 books so far and have had no complaints. It's a very simple process. You look through my Inventory album (which doesn't have even close to as many books as I actually have) or ask me if I have something, and then you pick which cover you'd like for it and I email it to you in the format you prefer. I take payment via PayPal. No taxes, no processing fees, just $1!

Also, if you purchase a book from me, you can enter for extra entries in my giveaway!

"172 Hours on the Moon"-Johan Harstad (REVIEW!)

172 Hours on the Moon by Johan Harstad. Published by ATOM on April 5th, 2012. My rating: 5/5 Stars

It's been decades since anyone set foot on the moon. Now three ordinary teenagers, the winners of NASA's unprecedented, worldwide lottery, are about to become the first young people in space--and change their lives forever. Mia, from Norway, hopes this will be her punk band's ticket to fame and fortune. Midori believes it's her way out of her restrained life in Japan. Antoine, from France, just wants to get as far away from his ex-girlfriend as possible.
It's the opportunity of a lifetime, but little do the teenagers know that something sinister is waiting for them on the desolate surface of the moon. And in the black vacuum of space... no one is coming to save them.
In this chilling adventure set in the most brutal landscape known to man, highly acclaimed Norwegian novelist Johan Harstad creates a vivid and frightening world of possibilities we can only hope never come true.

This book simply blew my mind! Before I get into my review, I would just like to thank the author, Johan Harstad, for developing such an amazing story line. The plot is absolutely, as stated before, mind-blowing! The imagery, the settings, the characters: OMG! Alright, I really need to stop fangirling over this book. It was SO good, you guys! We follow 3 teenagers who've won NASA's international lottery for a week long trip to the moon in the year 2019. They all have different reasons for going, but when they get there, they realize that they shouldn't have come at all. They're not alone. Something absolutely sinister is wondering the surface of the moon and they can't exactly explain it. Some things I love about this book: 1) The fact that, for the most part, it's realistic (aside from the creepiness on the moon). 2) The characters are very easily like-able. 3) You will most likely NEVER predict the ending. No matter how good you think you are at predicting books, try again sweetheart. This novel will blow you away. I can't really say much more without fangirling about this book. Nobody has truly lived until they have read this book. It's an absolute MUST-READ!

Sorry I've been gone for so long!

Hey ya'll! I'm SO SORRY I've been gone all this time. I've been so absorbed in finals and graduation, and getting enrolled in college. Also, I'm going to Edinburgh, Scotland with my theatre group this summer to perform in the Fringe Festival (we're performing ZOMBIE PROM the musical!) and it costs a whopping $6,000 for each of us to go! I'm $1000.09 behind. So, I'm working very hard on fundraising and selling ad space to businesses in show programs and what not. I've barely read this whole time. According to Goodreads, I'm 22 books behind! OH BOY! So, during my down time, I'm reading and trying to catch up on reviews. I'm sure I've upset some publishers and authors, but LIFE COMES FIRST! I promise, I will get to reviewing your books! Please be patient with me. Sooo, on the 8th of this month, I graduated high school!!

That's me on the right. (:

So yeah! I made it, finally! Now, before I have to start on my college reading list, I will be catching up on my TBR!

Does anybody know a great site that I can sell my books on?

NOT TEXTBOOKS.
Just my everyday awesome books (mostly YA).
I don't want to go through Ebay or Amazon.
I prefer to deal with a website that will offer me free shipping.
Most sites I have found are just for text books.
Can anybody help me out?
Thanks.

Waiting On Wednesday #2

Waiting On Wednesday, where we put the spotlight on upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating, is hosted by Jill at Breaking The Spine.

This week I chose

In the third and final installment of the Spellbound series, Graylee Perez (the duplicate), goes to Spain for a summer of escape. There she meets new friends and comes face to face with her old adversary, Adrian Montez.

When Gray tries to setup a spell that will banish Adrian from her life, she inadvertently falls under a love spell instead.

Charlene returns, having hijacked a new body, for one final battle between the twins.

It comes out in April! Ughh, so long to wait! Hopefully she accepts me for an ARC. She's an amazing author. The first book in this trilogy is free for Kindle here!

Review: "Duplicity (Spellbound #2)" by Nikki Jefford

Duplicity by Nikki Jefford. Published May 20th, 2012 by Nikki Jefford. 280 pages (ebook version). Source: Purchased from Amazon. My Rating: 5/5 Stars.

If Graylee Perez thought sharing a body with her twin sister was bad, dealing with a duplicate of herself is two times worse. Gray the second doesn’t seem to get that Lee’s boyfriend, Raj McKenna, is off limits. Then there’s the problem of Adrian Montez. He expects one of the Grays to be his.

Nearly a year later, the council is onto them for past misdeeds; Lee, along with the rest of the coven, has lost control of her powers; and Gray is being stalked by what looks like the Grim Reaper.

If they work together, they may stand a chance of setting things right and making it out alive.

My Review

What an AMAZING sequel to Entangled. Nikki Jefford weaves an amazing story. I think this story really upset me. While reading, I would make note that I was pissed off. Not at the writing or the story. It's a great story! The characters and the situations they get themselves into. Have you ever been watching a horror movie where the killer is coming after the female victim and as she's running, she keeps looking back, screaming, and trips over nothing? Yeah, that's the sort of aggravation I was feeling here. There was one thing I was really excited about in this story: Charlene wasn't in it. NO, that's not a spoiler. What it is is an amazing turn of events that left me a happy reader. If there's one character that grinds my gears it's Charlene. I wish I knew her in real life because I'd do her in. Now, I know that the trilogy wouldn't be what it is without her so I'm not expecting her to be out of the equation for long, but it was refreshing not to have to encounter her slutty behavior while more important things are going on in the world around her. It was also really nice to see how Lee and Raj grew through the year since Graylee 'died'. This is just an amazing paranormal YA. I'd love to add 'contemporary' to that, but I'm still not sure. There was alot more love going around in this book. I absolutely loved this book and I can't wait until April for Enchantment. I hope it comes out on the 21st, my birthday!

Review: "Letting Ana Go" by Anonymous

Letting Ana Go by Anonymous. Expected to be Published by Simon Pulse on June 4, 2013. 256 pages (hardcover). Source: Edelweiss (for review). My Rating: 5/5 Stars.

In the tradition of Go Ask Alice and Lucy in the Sky, a harrowing account of anorexia and addiction. She was a good girl from a good family, with everything she could want or need. But below the surface, she felt like she could never be good enough. Like she could never live up to the expectations that surrounded her. Like she couldn’t do anything to make a change.

My Review

This book was amazing. It took me deeper into the world of anorexia. I know people who have suffered from eating disorders, myself being one of them, but never really knew what went through the mind of a person suffering with anorexia. Ana keeps a food diary given to her by her cross country coach and tracks her weight and the day's events. At the beginning, you see her weight stay within a 5 pound range, between 130 and 135, which is healthy for a girl of her height (5'7"). Through the story, she gains a love interest and teams up with her best friend, Jill, in restricting their calories. They become obsessed with exercise, low calorie budgets, and weighing themselves every day.

While reading "Letting Ana Go", I was exposed to the wonders of hip bones, thigh gaps, and rib cages. Apparently you can only be beautiful if you have all of these characteristics present. That's what Ana and Jill had themselves believing.

I feel that this is a must read for everyone, not just teen girls. Parents should especially read it. They need to know that to many girls, looks are everything and they will go to great lengths to achieve the ultimate body. This book is a sure tear jerker. It took me on a ride. I absolutely loved everything about it.
